ELECTRICITY USE
Electricity is VERY expensive in Costambar. Because of this, upon arrival, you will register at the administration office and a reading of the electric meter will be taken. At check-out time, the electric meter will be read again.
For short-term stays (3 to 6 nights):
• Your rental includes 20kWh/day. If your consumption is above the included 20kWh/day, each additional kWh will be charged at US$0.35 per kWh.
For long-term stays (7 or more nights):
• Your rental includes 140kWh per week. If you consume above this limit a US$20 charge will be added plus US$0.50 per kWh above the limit.
• I your stay isn't a an even week number like 7 or 14 nights, the remaining days will be billed using the "short-term" tariff above.
We highly recommend keeping the AIR CONDITIONERS off when not in use, and set at above 21°C or above when in use.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee covers cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces, laundry, making the beds, tidying up all areas and replenishing consumables. We ask guests to wash their own dishes and collect all trash in the provided plastic bags and dispose of them in the garbage cans located outside the condominium on Cadiz Street.
